Greg McNabb, President, oversees the entire operation of the multi-region company. Greg has been with the company since 1970, and is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a minor in Business Management. He is a Texas Certified Nursery Professional and a Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator.
	Jason McNabb, Vice President of Central and North, and manages the operations of these companies. Jason is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts and a minor in Business. He is a certified Texas Landscape Irrigator (LI10111).
	Kelly (McNabb) Aylesworth, Vice President/Maintenance Sales & Marketing Manager. Kelly is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and a minor in advertising/journalism. She has brought to Pampered Lawns a varied background in both sales and account management. She is a Texas Certified Landscape Professional (LI 534). Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Association Institute.
	Jared McNabb, Southwest Manager, oversees the operations of these companies. Jared is also webmaster of the Pampered Lawns website, and is the editor of "The Leaf"(Pampered Lawns Seasonal Newsletter). Jared graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science and a double minor in business. He also has a passion in the practice of sustainable landscapes.
	Jay Hartley, Construction Manager, oversees the landscape design and construction as well as being our landscape consultant to several public and private organizations. Jay is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He joined our staff in  2001 and is a Texas Certified Landscape Professional, Licensed Landscape Irrigator (LI 5353), Texas Certified Nursery Professional, and Certified Landscape Technician. His experience is in exterior and interior sales and design. He has worked throughout the South as a local manager as well as a Regional  Operations Manager. Jay is the President of the Houston Gulf Coast Irrigation Association (HGCIA).
	Amy McNabb, Construction Manager Assistant, helps and assists the construction manager on landscaping and installation proposals. Amy is a graduate of Texas A&M. As being the youngest sibling of the McNabb family, Amy has landscaping in her blood and wants to continue the family tradition that is Pampered Lawns.
	Gloria Thomas, Office Manager, runs the day-to-day accounting, job costing and office operations for all companies. Gloria and her staff have over 35 years of experience with Pampered Lawns. Gloria has been with the company since 1982 and is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a minor in marketing.
	Molly Hernandez, Invoicing, Claims, & Various Other Duties, Has been with Pampered Lawns since 1983.
	Felicia Fontenett, Human Resource/Accounting Clerk, has been with the company since 1997.
